Hayden Groves

Hayden Groves became the owner of Ray White Dethridge Groves in 2004, after working as a sales consultant with the company for six years. As the Principal and sole Director of RWDG, Hayden embraces the opportunity to be accountable for the service delivered to each and every client.

Ray White Dethridge Groves excels in residential sales and property management and has been awarded the REIWA Large Agency of the Year 2020, Marketing and Communications Award 2020, 2021 and 2022; REIA Marketing and Communications Award 2021 and Rate My Agent Agency of the Year, Fremantle 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Since 2010, Hayden has been on the Real Estate Institute of WA (REIWA) council and in that time, served as President for three terms which began in October 2015. He also served as the Deputy President prior to this commencing October 2013.

At Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA), Hayden served as the Deputy President from December 2014 and was elected President in December 2021.

As the past president of the Real Estate Employer's Federation of Western Australia, he has a particular interest in employer and employee relations as they relate to the real estate industry.

Hayden is committed to the highest standards of ethical and professional practice. He holds an honours degree in politics, and is a licensed real estate agent and licensed auctioneer.
