Hayden Groves

Hayden became the owner of dG (then John Dethridge & Co.) in 2004, after having worked as a Sales Consultant for 6 years with the company. As the Principal and sole Director of dG, Hayden happily embraces being the one accountable for the service delivered to each and every client.

Hayden is currently the President of REIWA (Real Estate Institute of WA), after having served as the Deputy President since October 2013 and having been on council since 2010. In December 2014, Hayden was elected as the REIA (Real Estate Institute of Australia) Deputy President and is also on the board responsible for the industry’s most widely distributed real estate newsfeed, “The Real Estate Conversation”.

As the immediate past president of the Real Estate Employer's Federation of Western Australia, he has a particular interest in employer/employee relations as they relate to the real estate industry.

Committed to the highest standards of ethical and professional practice, Hayden holds an honours degree in politics, is a licensed real estate agent and licensed auctioneer.
