His journey in real estate began right after school in property management, where he was involved in the entire process—from managing landlord and tenant correspondence to handling maintenance issues and leasing properties. This hands-on experience gave him a solid foundation in the industry and a thorough understanding of property management.

After three years in property management, Zac transitioned into residential sales and lead generation, where his primary focus was creating opportunities to list and sell properties. This role involved a disciplined approach, where he consistently reached out to 80-100 potential buyers and sellers daily, developing strong relationships and uncovering valuable real estate opportunities.

A first-generation Australian with Ukrainian and Latvian heritage, Zac brings a unique cultural perspective to his work.
