Kathy Teiermanis

Kathy, a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, brings a wealth of knowledge and deep local expertise to her role. Beginning her career as a Sales Consultant, she quickly earned a reputation for her genuine communication style, strong attention to detail, and tireless commitment to achieving outstanding results for her clients.

In February 2017, Kathy broadened her experience by joining the Barry Plant Property Management team. This role allowed her to further develop her skills while building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants across her portfolio.

Now, returning to her true passion in sales, Kathy combines her comprehensive understanding of both property management and sales to deliver exceptional service and results.

Outside of real estate, Kathy enjoys spending time outdoors, hosting family and friends, caring for her 105-acre farm in the scenic hills of Foster, and restoring her beloved 1976 Kombi.
