Daniel Washusen

Daniel brings extensive experience in both residential and commercial property management, including close to half a decade in the busy Sunshine Coast rental market. He’s excited to now serve Gympie locals and help property owners get the most from their investments. Previously, Daniel managed a portfolio of over 158 properties from the Noosa Hinterland to Gympie and led a property management team. Known for thinking outside the box and implementing practical solutions, he also has a strong network of trusted trades, businesses, and local organisations. Energetic, professional, and approachable, Daniel combines confident communication with a strong work ethic and excellent conflict resolution skills. Outside of work, he volunteers locally, enjoys mountain biking and camping with his kids, and shares his love of AFL through the Gympie Cats, teaching kids to umpire and umpiring games himself on weekends.
