Chloe's background in retail has provided her with a solid foundation in client service, equipping her with valuable communication and interpersonal skills that have proven essential in her transition to property management. These early experiences helped her develop a strong focus on customer satisfaction, a mindset she has carried into her current role.

Commencing her journey with Partner Now Property in reception, where she gained invaluable insight into all aspects of property management, Chloe completed her Class 2 license and enhanced her ability to deliver quality service to both clients and tenants. Transitioning into property management in early 2024, Chloe has been steadily building her expertise and is confident in coordinating maintenance and repairs, negotiating leases, and navigating compliance with relevant regulations while actively collaborating with more experienced team members to ensure she provides the highest level of service possible. Her proactive mindset and growing problem-solving skills have already contributed to positive tenant experiences and improving property performance. Committed to ongoing learning and growth, Chloe is always adapting to the dynamic nature of the industry, with a focus on contributing to the success of the properties she manages.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending quality time with her family and wide circle of friends. She has a natural talent for bringing people together, whether it’s for a family gathering, a celebration, or a camping trip with her partner and friends.
