Ben Malden

With an Honours Degree from the Royal Agricultural University and having worked for both family and corporate owned agricultural businesses across Europe, Southern Africa and Australia Ben is perfectly placed to understand the varying wants and needs of his clients. Across these geographies he has worked in roles from farming operations and commodities to financial and strategic planning, all areas that allow him to help achieve the best outcomes for his clients. Ben has a particular focus sustainable agriculture and ESG, his practical experience in these areas are supported by his chartership as an ESG Investment Manager and his university thesis on mitigating ESG risk for investors in global agri funds. Away from traditional agricultural business he also has an excellent knowledge of equestrian properties maintaining a lifelong interest in equine sports.

Kicking off Colliers' new Agribusiness team in Canberra Ben primarily covers the ACT and Southern NSW, working closely with Rawdon Briggs in Brisbane but also the existing Canberra teams. His diverse experience in agribusiness makes him an excellent resource for all stakeholders in the region.
