Steve Kemp

Steve was born and raised in Port Lincoln on the Eyre Peninsula. After pursuing a professional sailing career, Steve turned his focus to Real Estate and joined his father and founder of the business in 1987. Steve then went on to take over as principal in 2000.

With Steve at the helm, Kemp Real Estate has grown to be one of the largest and most respected regional Real Estate Agencies in Australia.

Steve has an exceptional knowledge of the industry and specializes in all aspects of real estate sales and development in Port Lincoln and surrounding areas.

Considered a person of great integrity and highly respected within the community Steve has always taken great satisfaction and personal pride in developing long term client relationships.

His commitment to his profession has been highlighted by such achievements as winning the Golden Gavel Auctioneering Championships (Regional) and the honour of being awarded the Sir Robert Torrens Award - Service to the South Australian Real Estate Industry in 2016. Steve has served as a director on the board of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia for 7 years and has enjoyed further developing his knowledge and contributing to the industry.

Steve is actively involved in the Matthew Flinders Nursing Home and is currently the chairman of the board.

When he’s not hard at work you will find Steve enjoying quality family time with his wife and two daughters or on the water pursuing his other life passion – Sailing.
