GV Rentals Team are responsible for renting out property to tenants, managing rental agreements and can include ongoing management ensuring that the property is properly maintained. The role involves making sure that all paperwork is in order, conducting viewings, negotiating contracts and potentially collecting rent and dealing with any maintenance issues.
