David McIntosh

David commenced working in Commercial Real Estate in 1995 whilst completing a Bachelor of Business Property (Valuations) at RMIT.

David has been deeply involved in various aspects of Commercial property including;

- Development and construction of major projects in partnership with renowned brands including Woolworths, Coles, Aldi and Metcash (IGA);

- Sales, acquisitions and due diligence for retail developments;

- Providing commercial advice for retail and commercial leases;

- Managing Town Planning and Building permit applications for commercial projects.

David’s success in property can be attributed to his personable nature, extensive experience and deep understanding of complex property transactions. Beyond his professional life David enjoys a fulfilling family life with his wife and 8 children. He is also passionate about music, playing guitar and harmonica along with practicing for his band’s next gig.
