Darrin Smith has accumulated a wealth of experience in his 34 years in real estate, still harnessing a passion for innovation and adaptation in all aspects of real estate . Darrin built a successful boutique agency in Liverpool during the 1990's, he was an active Managing Director doing both sales and property management in the Liverpool area for 25 years. During this time he gained an extensive experience assisting clients with a wide range of property needs.
Darrin's experience includes handling a variety of developments such as the onsite management of land sales, apartments completed or off the plan, marketing house and land packages for several well known companies such as Long Homes (later became AVJ), Bellevale Homes (Now Clarendon Group), Kordan Pty Ltd, Build Worx and several other medium size companies and individuals.
Darrin has a keen eye for choosing the right product for any market place and is focused on making every development a successful project for all involved.
Respected and well known in the South West, Darrin knows the area intimately as he lived here for over 20 years, schooled locally, played football at Green Valley and is an active member of the local community.
His honest approach and extensive Real Estate knowledge has been recoginised by the industry with several Agent Of The Year Awards, it is the hallmark of his well deserved reputation supported by a long list of referrals and repeat business dealings.
