With a deep family connection to the region, James grew up in East Ballina and attended St John’s College Woodlawn before embarking on a stellar seven-year NRL career, playing at the highest level for the Sydney Roosters and Melbourne Storm. After pivoting from elite sports to the automotive industry, he excelled as an award-winning sales professional before finding his natural fit in real estate.
