Loris Filacuridi

With more than 27 years of experience in real estate, Loris has built a highly respected career defined by strong results, integrity, and enduring client relationships. Prior to real estate, Loris held senior sales and marketing roles, which provided a strong foundation in negotiation and strategic thinking. He commenced his real estate career in 1998 with Richardson & Wrench at Balgowlah Heights on Sydney’s North Shore, where his performance was quickly recognised. Within his first year, he was appointed Licensee, reflecting his leadership and negotiation expertise.

In 2002, Loris joined Sweetnams where he has continued to achieve consistently strong sales outcomes across a wide range of market conditions. His professional, approachable, and client-focused approach has earned the trust of a broad client base locally and internationally, with much of his business generated through repeat clients and referrals.

Loris holds a Bachelor of Business Degree, is a Justice of the Peace and is bilingual. He is Widely regarded as an exceptional negotiator with outstanding interpersonal skills and is committed to delivering exceptional results while maintaining the highest professional standards.
