Jessika Tobin-Salzman

Growing up on her grandfather’s farm just north of Warrnambool alongside her three sisters, Jessika developed a strong work ethic and a deep connection to the local community. This regional upbringing continues to fuel her genuine passion for helping others find their place in Warrnambool and its surrounds.

After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Property and Real Estate, Jessika spent a year and a half honing her skills in our property management team. This experience provided her with a solid foundation in the real estate industry and deepened her understanding of the value of clear communication, trust, and long-term client relationships.

Outside of real estate, Jessika remains an active member of the community, playing and coaching netball at Port Fairy Football Netball Club.

Approachable, driven, and community-minded, Jessika is proud to be helping people make their next move in the region she calls home.
