Dennis Shi has over a decade of residential real estate experience. During his career Dennis has had experience as a sales consultant and then moved into a role as Sale Manager, Sales Director and Directorship.
Bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his team, Dennis’s love of real estate is based firmly in the joy he receives in helping people make their dreams come true. Dennis has showcased his experience and used his extensive network throughout Asia to sell over 1,000 homes. That is a lot of dreams, a lot of happy vendors and a lot of happy purchasers!
Specialising in residential development sites – of values anywhere between $3 million to $100 million dollars – Dennis’ negotiation skills are first class so too is his mastery of both the Mandarin and English language. As an established auctioneer, Dennis can also conduct his auctions in either language – or both - if necessary which enables him to provide a value added service to his Clients.
Outside of the office, Dennis is an amateur Muay Thai Kickboxer and is very disciplined with his fitness and daily training regime. This ensures Dennis is always fighting fit and on his game!
