Geoff Hill

Geoff is a Registered Sales Representative and Licensed Property Valuer with over 15 years of valuing and consultancy experience, specialising in commercial and industrial property within the South West. He has successfully established and managed valuation sub-offices over the years and undertaken a broad range of valuations including abattoirs, car dealerships, child care centres, cold storage facilities, medical centres, multi-tenanted office, retail and industrial buildings, public open space contributions, ground lease and rental determinations, restaurants, industrial subdivisions, storage units, taverns, strata unit entitlements, veterinary clinics, as well as compensation, government, insurance, legal, mortgage and taxation work. Geoff has lived and worked in both Bunbury and Perth but the South West's attractive beach lifestyle, strong growth potential and its closeness to family, who have resided in Bunbury for over 25 years, has made his choice of home an easy one. The move from valuing to sales and leasing was largely based on a desire to broaden his property knowledge while remaining in the South West where most of his previous work and contacts have been established. Outside of work Geoff loves getting out on the water, wakeboarding, paddling, swimming or just relaxing on the boat with good friends.
