Nathan Dunn

A recognised and respected identity in the Canberra commercial property industry, Nathan Dunn, Managing Director of the ACT Knight Frank office, went from being a trainee to office head in just 12 years. Proving to be a leader in his field, Nathan’s sheer determination and exceptional skill-base enables him to deliver a service unlike any other in Canberra’s commercial market.

Before joining Knight Frank, Nathan’s keen interest in the dynamic property industry led him to sample each asset class to understand their idiosyncrasies; industrial, office and retail. Originally starting out with a boutique industrial focused firm called Barton Property, Nathan quickly grabbed the attention of JLL, who eventually promoted him to Manager and was the youngest holder of the title, nationally.

Notably, Nathan’s office asset client base included some of the largest institutional property owners in Australia, including Lend Lease, MTAA Superannuation, ISPT, Charter Hall, Australian Unity and Quintessential Equity.

In September 2016 Nathan joined RetPro, a boutique shopping centre team insistent on providing quality

management/leasing strategies for key clients including Leda Holdings, the Alter family and Deka. 2018 meant the opening of a Belle Property Commercial franchise and for the last five years Nathan has built a business that quickly became known as the best performing office in the network.

With exposure to all asset classes, Nathan’s focus is now on building Knight Frank as the market-leading commercial real estate consultancy firm in the ACT.
