Glen Cummins joined ResortBrokers in February 2022 to help fellow broker Des Fagg cover the ever-growing North Queensland market. His recent notable sales include Mariners North Holiday Apartments in Townsville and Big4 Aussie Outback Oasis Holiday Park in Charters Towers.
Born in Goondiwindi and raised in Moree, Glen came to ResortBrokers with an impressive 20-year sales background with building and construction materials supplier Boral, industrial and engineering firm Blackwoods, and brewing giant XXXX.
For the 12 years prior to joining ResortBrokers, Glen worked in Townsville for Queensland beer icon XXXX where he dealt with some of the state’s largest independent groups in the retail and on-premise sectors. This included partnerships to grow their businesses with XXXX-owner Lion year-on-year and looking after the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys from a XXXX sponsorship perspective.
Glen knows the Townsville region and community well. His previous sales territory went north from Townsville to Innisfail and west out to Richmond and Winton.
“Working in sales for more than 20 years, the one constant to supplying first-class service to clients is actively listening to their needs and goals, then doing everything I can to help them achieve the best possible outcomes,” says Glen. “This comes from being solutions focused and providing excellent service levels to the client.”
When not working, you’ll find Glen with his wife and son exploring North Queensland and watching rugby league (especially the Cowboys), golf, rugby union and surfing.
