Hannah Loadsman

Hannah is an experienced Operations Manager in the real estate industry, with continuous involvement since 2018. Having been a committed member of Harcourts Property Hub since 2015, she has excelled across a range of sales administration, sales, and operations roles, building a depth of experience and industry knowledge.

In her current role, Hannah oversees the sales administration team and supports more than 50 agents, including several of the Gold Coast’s top 10 highest-performing agents. She works closely with the directors and leadership team to onboard new staff, implement new systems and processes, and deliver ongoing systems training. Her day-to-day responsibilities also include troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating monthly staff meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of the business in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. While the role is demanding, Hannah thrives on being busy and takes pride in keeping the wheels turning.

A key part of Hannah’s role - and what she values most - is the close-knit nature of the team. She genuinely enjoys working with a diverse range of personalities, taking the time to get to know each individual, and supporting them to develop their skills, and achieve their professional goals. Her leadership style is people-focused, collaborative, and grounded in strong communication and mutual respect.

Always eager to learn, Hannah is a sponge for new information and enjoys experimenting with new ideas. She is proactive, solutions-focused, and often the go-to person when challenges arise - qualities that have earned her a reputation as a vital part of Harcourts Property Hub’s award-winning team.

Outside of work, Hannah is a long-time Gold Coast local who loves spending time at the beach, enjoying weekend adventures, reading, going to the gym, and unwinding with a good glass of wine. Life is kept busy and full with her family of five and their beautiful Border Collie.
