Evan Broadbent commenced his Real Estate career in October 1998 and is now in his 24th year in Real Estate locally.

He is a fully Licensed Estate Agent and Auctioneer, who has been recognised with numerous individual awards of achievement in his field.

He now marks the establishment and ongoing operations of 3 thriving offices within Gippsland and Latrobe Valley.

Harcourts Warragul, Drouin and Moe-Newborough are his biggest professional achievement to date, and he is committed to ensuring the success will continue for many years to come.

Evan personally focuses his time on servicing Commercial and Industrial Property Sales and Leasing, Urban Growth Zone and Residential Development land, Luxury and Lifestyle Properties, plus specialty Farming and Agribusiness properties.

Harcourts Warragul opened the doors on the 6th of February 2012 with a team of 3, which is now 34 and growing across all 3 offices.

Evan is a happily married father of two children who is extremely proud of what his team is achieving on a daily basis.
