With proven capability in contract management and negotiation, as well as having a wider holistic understanding of the property market, Beau's highly specialised skill set, creativity and enthusiasm has augmented the sales success of some of the East Coast of Australia's most prolific developers. In just under a decade of career experience, Beau has already successfully improved efficiencies at both previous employers, one a publicly listed national real estate agency and the second a construction startup he personally scaled to grow on behalf of the owners, with the company doubling in size within a year.
