To work in the Real Estate industry was always Nick’s principal career choice. He was employed by Richardson & Wrench Rockdale in 1999. Today Nick’s dedication and enthusiasm for his chosen profession is stronger than ever.

He has amassed a unique range of skills acting on behalf of his many clients in the transaction of high end homes, development sites, retail shops and childcare centres. His core values in every business relationship are based on honesty, transparency and hard work.

Nick is a keen negotiator with expert knowledge of the Sydney property market and in particular the St George area. He is a strong performer within the Richardson Network and has received many awards for outstanding achievement.

Strong family values and ethical business practices are paramount to Nick. As a St George resident, he enjoys taking part in a range of community events with his young family. He is a keen participant in marathons and is also as a keen cyclist.
