About Karl Poulton

Karl commenced his real estate career in the family business in 2004 after completing a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Macquaire University. Karl is a licensed real estate agent, auctioneer and property valuer.
Born and raised in the local area, Karl has developed a large client base and attributes much of his success to repeat and referral based business. Having developed strong negotiating skills as a vendor you'll have confidence, knowing that your biggest investment is in good hands.
Karl understands that good working relationships need care and consideration. This combined with a sound local knowledge of a changing market has contributed to his ongoing success.
Married to wife Amanda, they have three children - Jorja, Charly and Oscar.
Karl is consistently ranked inside the top 10% of sales agents in NSW for both sales and listings.
Alongside his family, he has developed strong community affiliations with Shoalhaven Heads SLSC. This has reinforced their commitment to developing the local community and together with his young family, Karl looks forward to a long association with the Nowra and surrounding communities
