Coming back into the industry after an absence of 12yrs Adrian hit the ground running and has listed and recently sold THREE properties. A fourth listed recently at Premaydena. The most recent property at Gillies Rd Nubeena sold in a tight market. But it got a contract within 30 days! Full price was achieved, whilst setting the sale price bar to a new level!
