New to real estate, Claudia joined the Soames team at the beginning of 2023. Her excellent people skills and approachable nature allows tenants and landlords to feel valued and heard. Claudia has a willingness to learn and excel in what she feels is going to be a long and successful career in real estate.

Claudia feels that communication is key in all real estate transactions, keeping clients well informed and building relationships on trust and meticulous attention. Claudia always has her client’s best interest at heart and ensures all matters are attended to swiftly and completed to the best of her ability. Having grown up in the Upper North Shore, Claudia is very familiar with the area providing a wealth of knowledge for her clients.
