Highly organised and confident in her ability, Mikayla is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and is excited about her role as our marketing manager. With a deep interest in the local property market and a love of the fast-paced environment of real estate, she forms an essential part of our award-winning team.

Mikayla comes from a solid background in marketing and has six years’ experience in events and logistics, including working as a logistics manager at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. She is fully armed with a Bachelor of Business in marketing & event/sport management, and brings a creative, caring and motivated approach to her work.

Mikayla is always professional to deal with and enjoys a busy and varied working environment where every day brings a different set of challenges and opportunities. Her passion for property and her flair for customer service makes her a perfect fit for the industry, and she has proven herself to be a valuable part of the Elders Lennox Head and Bangalow family.
