Born in Sarajevo, ex-Yugoslavia, George is fluent in Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian.
His passion for real estate started over 10 years ago when he started studying property at Curtin University. After completing a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Property, George practised as a Property Valuer for one of the largest valuation firms in Perth. During the last few years his focus was shifted from valuations towards different aspect of the property industry, focusing mainly on real estate acquisitions and sales.
His continuing success can be attributed to his ability to consistently produce concise and accurate appraisals and tailor the most effective marketing strategies. George focuses on presentation of each property to achieve the best possible outcome and always works close with his clients in order to fully understand their needs.
Substantial property development and subdivision experience, including duplex, triplex & multi dwelling development, as well as extensive renovations, provide an excellent basis for understanding the market and its movement.
George has lived in the Cockburn area for the last 20 years & is now raising his family here.
