Having built 6 and sold 5 properties in the Whitsundays over the last 14 years. Carinda feels she can understand what its like to be in the vendors shoes. As Carinda and her husband have built all these homes themselves she also knows what it takes to build a home in the Whitsundays. This experience helps her understand the buyers needs when it comes to the daunting task of preparing to build.
