Ivan's passion for real estate sparked at an early age, initiating his journey in the property sector within inner-city Richmond during the late 90s. In 2002, he took the significant leap across the Yarra River to play a pivotal role in establishing what we now recognize as Buxton Bentleigh.

Beyond his professional life, Ivan resides as a local in Murrumbeena and finds joy in various pursuits. He wholeheartedly embraces fatherhood, cherishing moments spent with his child. Additionally, he derives immense satisfaction from cooking, often experimenting with international flavours.
