Kosta has acted for numerous clients from varied backgrounds including private owners, investors, developers through to national development and investment firms and institutions.

In recent years he has had direct involvement in the pre-commitment of new facilities for major corporate companies as well as being involved in some of the biggest transactions in Melbourne's South East.
