Dean has been selling real estate since 2001 in Launceston and in July 2011 he decided to break away from a large real estate office in Launceston and start his own business with his business partner and father Peter. This office won the 'Best Small Agency' of the year award for Tasmania within a year of opening its doors and his office was crowned the best small agency in Australia in 2016.

Over many years, Dean has continued to refine his processes; delivering success to his sellers and also to his business. World class marketing + world class negotiation + emotional connection & competition is what delivers a premium price.

When not running his real estate business, Dean loves to spend time with his family. Together with his wife Rachel, they have 2 children: Austin and Stella and they love to travel and spend time on their hobby farm in Riverside. They have visited Thailand many times, travelled through Eastern Europe, N.Z, Asia, UK, Canada and USA. They have also built 3 homes, renovated, invested in property and they also own a hobby farm in Riverside where they run highland cattle and enjoy the peaceful lifestyle a small acreage provides.
