CHAD BAKER

Chad has proudly been part of The Jess Nguyen Team for the past four years. Beginning his journey as the team’s Buyers Manager, working closely alongside Jess to support clients through the buying process. Recently Chad stepped into the role of Head of Management, where he now focuses on driving the growth of the business while ensuring to deliver the highest level of service to every client he works with.

Growing up in Logan and where he still lives today, Chad’s strong local knowledge and community insight provide a valuable advantage for clients looking to buy or sell in the area. He understands the lifestyle, the opportunities, and what makes Logan such a fantastic place to call home.

Before joining Jess and the team, he spent six years in customer service which sparked his passion for helping people and building genuine relationships. That foundation has been invaluable in real estate, where connection, trust, and communication are at the heart of what we do.

He’s excited to continue growing with the team, strengthening their processes, and ensuring every client’s journey is not only successful but memorable for all the right reasons.
