Since his entrance into Townsville's commercial property market, freshly turned 18 he immediately commenced an apprenticeship in the field but quickly outgrew that title becoming a respected senior and market-leading agent responsible for a vast majority of transactions, including some of the more notable and significant transactions being completed. This gained him the recognition of his peers within the industry, not just locally but Australia wide receiving multiple high achievement awards in his two decades employed at the same agency. With more than enough experiance under his belt, it was time to conquer the next challenge hence Pascoe Commercial was born, commnencing operations in 2021.

James has always demonstrated a superior ability to deliver innovative solutions for clients wanting to buy, sell, lease, or develop commercial and industrial property across North Queensland, and from this, he's built a personal brand founded on industry knowledge, strong connections, utmost integrity, and consistent ability to deliver an exceptional outcome for his client.

Having successfully secured numerous contracts with some of the largest multinational corporations, James understands the intricacies of navigating these often complex negotiations. He has accomplished hundreds of millions in commercial property sales and negotiated countless successful long-term lease contracts for clients.
