HI - I'm James Stevenson father of 3 boys, volunteer lifesaver and dedicated property specialist. I have 25 years international and domestic finance and property experience. I have worked for multinational companies including Barclays Bank and Savills Australia. My main focus is representing vendors divestment of Residential Development and Commercial Projects and I have represented Public and Private Companies including Westpac Bank, FTi Consulting, Baldwin Living, Oxley Holdings, Royal Duke to name but a few. I also have worked with developers on master planned community sales strategies, multi lot subdivisions and residential hi rise developments.
