Ella Douch

Ella joined the Ray White Family as a direct Assistant to our Sales Director. Having performed prior roles in Property Management, Sales Administration, and Office Management she has extensive knowledge of the Real Estate Industry as a whole. This makes her a perfect fit for our team, with her transferrable skills enabling her to assist with numerous tasks and objectives across the broader business.

Ella is a family orientated professional. Outside of work her hobbies include spending time with those closest to her (friends, family, and partner), along with riding horses and she also loves house plans/interior designs.

When it comes to selling Real Estate, Ella has a natural connection with people, superior response times, and a solution-focused mindset in assisting people achieve their property goals.
