After growing up in the Riverina, Matt moved to Canberra and worked for the Casino, ultimately as a Pit Manager. Here, he cultivated relationships with local and international investors and learnt the art of leadership and making a deal. Matt brings this experience and connections to his 12+ years in real estate. As a specialist in high-volume off-the-plan project sales, he has worked with the majority of ACT developers selling to investors domestically and in Asia through his extensive network of clients and market knowledge. Over the last three years, Matt led a team of 12 sales agents selling 1000s of off-the-plan units with a value of $460M+ and carries his relational and solutions-focused approach to every new development he sells.
