Prior to his real estate career Jarrad ran his own ‘interoception’ program within the public school system. This role and program was to educate students on regulating their emotions and understanding their senses. This has given Jarrad the tools to understand and manage the emotions associated with high stress situations. Selling and buying a home is stressful and this experience is invaluable to Jarrad’s clients. He maintains consistent communication throughout the process to ensure a smooth sale for all involved.

Jarrad started his career working alongside South Australia's 2022 Salesperson of the Year, Mark Lands. He played a significant role in Mark and his team's meteoric success and during this time had the opportunity to be mentored by one of Adelaide's most successful agents. The exposure to such a high standard of performance during the first 2 years of his career has given Jarrad a huge edge, and an ability to understand the art of a deal better than most.
