Coming from a customer service background gives Charley a good grounding for property management.
She values herself on delivering excellent customer service and prioritises and appreciates the importance of both managing and exceeding customer expectations.
As a landlord herself, Charley easily finds common ground with her clients and recognises that empathy, good communication & transparency are beneficial to building strong relationships.

On a personal front, Charley is an enthusiastic and kind person who cherishes her family & friends. She loves being out and about with her young family, exploring everything that our amazing community has to offer. She is passionate about being active and keeping healthy and is a netball enthusiast, coaching, umpiring and playing netball for Portland Tigers.
