Professional, knowledgeable and a highly effective business generator, Andrew first joined Fletchers in 1999, where his experience and foresight saw him lead the Property Management department into continued success.

Beginning with a rent roll of just 80 properties and a team of 2, Andrew’s outstanding leadership and customer service skills saw him increase the rent roll to well over 2200 properties, where he now leads a talented team of over 30 dedicated staff members.

Recognised as one of the most respected property managers in Melbourne, Andrew is known for his expert advice and his dedication to providing outstanding service to his clients.
