Kaitlyn Xiberras

Having lived in Sunbury for nearly her whole life, Kaitlyn’s local knowledge and entrenchment within the community sets her up to be a trustworthy and valuable asset to our property management team. With her friendly and approachable nature, no question or query is ever too much trouble. Her bubbly personality encourages our clients to feel immediately at ease and to recognize that their greatest asset is in very capable hands.

Kaitlyn is a very efficient team member which is exemplified by her ability to work through her daily tasks in a timely manner whilst still maintaining an exceptional eye for detail. She is very organized and has a very structured approach to managing all of her responsibilities in order to ensure all that she does is of a high standard.

Outside of the office, Kaitlyn is a mad Collingwood supporter! You can often catch her watching the footy and spending time with her family and her husband. She absolutely adores her niece and nephew and takes every opportunity she can to spend time with them.
