About George Burbury
George is a commercial agent at Elders Tasmania. George’s expertise spans various asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, development, hotels, and agriculture. George was awarded the 2022 Australian Commercial Salesperson of the Year by the Real Estate Institute of Australia, with a strong record in commercial sales and retail leasing.
George is also Head of Project Marketing for Southern Tasmania and in this role oversees the sales and marketing of townhouse, subdivision, and apartment sale campaigns from project conception through to completion.
Prior to joining our agency in 2020, George worked at Knight Frank Melbourne within the capital markets team, specifically focusing on the middle markets sector, $5-$50m. Before entering real estate George was a professional footballer for the Geelong Cats.
