Matt Marenko is a Director in the Sunshine Coast office of CBRE. The CBRE Sunshine Coast office is the largest commercial agency on the Sunshine Coast covering all major disciplines including commercial, industrial and retail sales and leasing, investment sales, commercial asset management and valuation and advisory services.

Matt commenced his real estate career in 1999 accumulating a wealth of knowledge and establishing himself with a respected and diverse track record in the commercial property market. Over the decades Matt has built a significant client base representing clients at a local, state, national and international level consistently providing sound advice in relation to portfolio management, property values, marketing and campaign strategies and start to finish transaction services for selling and leasing.
