My job is not just about rent collection & routine inspections but also communication with my owners and giving them the best advice for the best outcome.

Being a landlord myself I understand the emotions that first-time investors feel.

I have 16 years’ experience in Building & Hardware, so when it came to maintenance work I can communicate well with various tradesman. This make a very unique experienced property manager. I've worked as a Kitchen Selections Consultant, designing kitchens. I've been very hands on with Building 2 family homes myself over the years.

I treat tenants with the respect that they deserve, after all they are looking after my owners investment.

I have vast experience with dealing with Insurance claims, Tribunal Hearings, Bond disputes, Strata Rules & have great knowledge in the Residential Tenancy Act in SA.
