Andrew Urquhart is an experienced negotiator who has a great understanding of the many aspects of the buying and selling process. With ten years of real estate sales history, and many years of business ownership – he brings a great deal of knowledge and understanding to Benchmark. Andrew’s particular specialty is in the sale of childcare businesses.

His eight years spent operating a childcare service have given him a comprehensive background in understanding the regulations and legislation that applies to the childcare sector. Andrew has a Diploma in Community Services (Children’s Services), and an Associate Diploma in Business (Management).

Andrew displays a high level of professionalism, and he believes that success in business is based on trust, integrity, excellent communication, and customer service. His success in business has been driven by his perseverance and desire and willingness to take the initiative, being self-reliant and having a strong need to achieve. Andrew covers the state of New South Wales from the Sydney office.
