Jody Yuan

Possessing an incredible work ethic, fierce dedication to all aspects of her role, and expert interpersonal skills and a love of dealing with clients from all backgrounds, Jody Yuan is thriving in her role as Sales Area Manager for the ever-growing Biggin Scott Glen Waverley office.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management to go with a Master’s Degree in International Finance and Economics, Jody’s passion for the property industry began back in 2011 when she worked for a Brisbane-based real estate firm selling premium residential projects on the Gold Coast to clients back in her home country of China. Since then, Jody has developed a love for the property industry in Australia, and more specifically Melbourne where she now calls home.

What Jody most enjoys about her role as Senior Area Manager is providing a highly personalised service as well as delivering outcomes that exceed the expectations of all her clients. She truly delights in the social aspect of the job and being able to build strong networks, as well as meeting a diverse range of people from all walks of life. Being very family-oriented, Jody also knows the importance of a family home as a place to create loving memories, and is always striving to match each and every one of her clients with the perfect property.

In her spare time, Jody takes pride in the work she does for her local community. She has set-up and continues to volunteer at a new play group for pre-school children at her local community centre, and since 2015 she has also organised multiple events through the ‘3133 Good Neighbours’ non-profit organisation. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin, and in her spare time enjoys travel and photography.
