I have 10 years’ experience in the retail property market with a particular focus on prime CBD assets, shopping centres and lifestyle neighbourhoods. I have an in-depth understanding of retailer’s requirements across all segments of the market including health, fashion, food & beverage, entertainment, supermarkets, large format, and more. I have successfully planned and delivered several projects from greenfield shopping centres to asset re-positioning, on these projects I worked alongside clients and project managers from strategy through to delivery. I also handle leasing of vacancies, tenant replacement, lease renewals, option renewals and more.
