Gregory Swiatek entered the real estate Industry in 1990 by joining Ockerby Real Estate at Noranda Office where he spent 10 years servicing The Noranda Area. In 2000, Passmore Real Estate was created with Gregory being the “original” member of the team. In May 2017 Gregory joined The Agency team providing real estate service to the Noranda Area residents. In February 2019 Gregory joined Ray White Uxcel based in Morley and continues to provide real estate service to the Noranda Area and surrounding suburbs residents. Gregory has won many awards from Ockerby Real Estate, Passmore Real Estate and is a Multi-Million Dollar award winner year after year from The Real Estate Institute of Western Australia.
Gregory believes in total honesty “I know that I may lose some “new” business because of my honesty but I can’t just tell people what they want to hear, I say to people what the reality is”, and he adds, “but in the long run, honesty is the best policy and with the number of referrals and returned business coming back to me it’s proof that this approach is the best way when dealing with people”.
