Padmini or Padi as she is affectionately known is the glue that holds Gilbert & Younan together. While not one to blow her own trumpet, it is clear that she is the most loved staff member in the office. Regular clients who have known our team for many years also love her.
Padi moved to Australia from the UK back in 2004 and chose Camden to make her home. The ambiance and lifestyle of this town resonated with her as it reminded her of the tight knit community she had left behind. Padi truly loves the combination of rural and urban sprawl that makes Camden so unique.
Padi started her career working as a Personal Assistant and administration officer in the pharmaceutical and law fields. Both these industries require amazing organization, attention to detail and logical forethought. Padi has brought all these wonderful skills to our team as she helps keep us organized and running like clockwork.
Never one to do things by halves, Padi always goes above and beyond for the Gilbert & Younan team and our valued clients. She is across every part of our business and its processes. Whether it’s managing staff, resolving conflicts or bringing about positive outcomes between clients, solicitors/conveyancers and other suppliers, Padi always manages to do so with the utmost kindness, empathy and compassion.
