John Farren-Price

After some time away in the corporate sector of real estate John is coming back to where it all started at LJ Hooker Bribie Island. Joining the industry in 1989 and buying a franchise at 26 years old in 1993 after obtaining his full agents licence, John excelled as one of the most prominent and trusted agents on Bribie Island and in the surrounding suburbs. As John has been a local on the island since the 1970’s, his knowledge of the housing market and its residents is second to none. Currently a resident in Woorim but having lived in almost every suburb on the island, he can attest to the value and relate to the unique selling points in each area.

From the island, he progressed to working for the Corporate Office in LJ Hooker for 13 years. In this position he encouraged the growth and development of LJH offices from the Brisbane River up to Cairns and in the Northern Territory as a Franchise/Regional Manager for the network. During this time he was able build an incredible network of contacts from all over these areas and beyond, and build lasting relationships he can bring back to the island and help him further his business here. Combining his local knowledge with the extensive database he has collected from his time in the corporate world, he is well poised to be able to take the sale of your house to the next level and connect people with properties sooner.
