Hi, I’m Kate Spence, a licenced real estate agent and respected member of the Nepean and Blue Mountains community. I’ve always had strong interest in real estate and in 2015, after 20+ years in various corporate sales roles, I decided to pursue my passion and become a licensed real estate agent. And I’ve never looked back!

I’ve personally bought and sold many properties, so I know the frustration and anxiety buyers and sellers experience. I’ve made it my personal mission to help local families achieve their dreams by using my extensive connections to match buyers, sellers and investors. I’m a natural extrovert and thrive on delivering incredible results for my clients. My love of people, hard-working attitude and natural tenacity mean I have developed a reputation for exceeding clients’ expectations.

When I’m not working hard for my clients I’m wrangling my two gorgeous sons Lachlan and Ben, and enjoying the amazing natural wonders our community has to offer.
