Euan Matheson

Euan launched his career in the UK as a Commercial Investment Sales Agent with major agencies Healey & Baker and GVA Grimley. His client base included high net worth individuals, property companies, and institutions such as AMP, Charterhouse, Legal & General and GE. His track record ranged from brokering transactions across industrial portfolios through to A-Grade office assets.

Upon moving to Sydney in 2002, Euan worked in commercial valuation, specifically to develop his knowledge of the Sydney commercial property market before returning to a transactional role. During this time, he obtained AAPI and Registered Valuer qualifications.

In late 2019 Euan was approached to take on the role of Head of Office Leasing, North Sydney at Knight Frank as part of a restructure of that team. Euan embraced the challenge and now leads a team of operators covering North Sydney and the wider North Shore market through to Macquarie Park.
